Quali dati trattiamo
- Dati dell'account: indirizzo email, password (conservata solo in forma cifrata, illeggibile anche per noi) e, se li inserisci, nome, cognome, motto e lingua preferita.
- I tuoi contenuti: note, pensieri al volo e categorie, con le relative date.
- Dati tecnici: le informazioni minime necessarie a mantenerti collegato e a proteggere il servizio (per esempio l'indirizzo IP, usato dai nostri fornitori per sicurezza e prevenzione degli abusi).
- Dati di utilizzo: i giorni in cui usi Framentis e da quale tipo di dispositivo (sito, telefono, app per computer o telefono). Contiamo inoltre, in forma anonima, quante volte viene scaricata l'app.
Perché e su quale base
Trattiamo questi dati solo per fornirti il servizio che hai richiesto: creare il tuo account, conservare le tue note e sincronizzarle tra i tuoi dispositivi, inviarti le email necessarie (conferma dell'indirizzo, reimpostazione della password). La base giuridica è l'esecuzione del contratto, cioè dei Termini che accetti registrandoti (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Statistiche. I dati di utilizzo servono solo a capire, in forma aggregata, quante persone usano Framentis e da quali dispositivi, per migliorarlo. Non leggiamo il contenuto delle note, non creiamo profili e non condividiamo questi dati con nessuno. La base giuridica è il nostro legittimo interesse a far funzionare e migliorare il servizio (art. 6.1.f GDPR); puoi opporti scrivendoci. Per le visite al sito usiamo Cloudflare Web Analytics, che non usa cookie e non traccia le singole persone.
Chi ci aiuta a fornire il servizio
Ci affidiamo a fornitori affidabili, che trattano i dati solo per nostro conto:
- Supabase — database e gestione degli accessi. I dati sono ospitati su server nell'Unione Europea (Francoforte).
- Cloudflare — pubblicazione del sito, protezione da attacchi e statistiche anonime delle visite (Web Analytics, senza cookie).
- Resend — invio delle email di servizio, da server nell'Unione Europea (Irlanda).
Alcuni di questi fornitori hanno sede negli Stati Uniti: l'eventuale trasferimento di dati fuori dall'UE avviene con le garanzie previste dal GDPR (per esempio clausole contrattuali standard).
Cookie e memorizzazione locale
Framentis non usa cookie di profilazione, pubblicitari o di analisi. Usa solo la memoria locale del tuo browser o dell'app per tenerti collegato, ricordare la lingua scelta e conservare una copia delle note per usarle anche senza connessione. Sono strumenti tecnici, necessari al funzionamento, e per questo non richiedono un consenso né un banner.
Per quanto tempo
Conserviamo i tuoi dati finché il tuo account esiste. Quando elimini una nota o l'intero account, i dati vengono cancellati dai nostri sistemi; eventuali copie di sicurezza dei fornitori vengono sovrascritte entro tempi tecnici limitati.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi in ogni momento accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, opporti e ottenerne una copia (portabilità). Molte di queste cose puoi farle da solo nell'app, in Impostazioni account: modificare il profilo, esportare tutte le note ed eliminare l'account. Per tutto il resto scrivici: . Hai anche il diritto di presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Minori
Framentis non è destinato a persone con meno di 14 anni.

In short: we only collect what Framentis needs to work. Your notes are visible to you alone. No ads, no tracking, no selling of data.

What data we process
- Account data: email address, password (stored only in encrypted form, unreadable even to us) and, if you add them, first name, last name, motto and preferred language.
- Your content: notes, quick thoughts and categories, with their dates.
- Technical data: the minimum information needed to keep you logged in and to protect the service (for example your IP address, used by our providers for security and abuse prevention).
- Usage data: the days on which you use Framentis and from which kind of device (website, phone, computer or phone app). We also count, anonymously, how many times the app is downloaded.
Why, and on what legal basis
We process this data only to provide the service you asked for: creating your account, storing your notes and syncing them across your devices, and sending you the necessary emails (address confirmation, password reset). The legal basis is the performance of a contract, i.e. the Terms you accept when signing up (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Statistics. Usage data is used only to understand, in aggregate, how many people use Framentis and on which devices, so we can improve it. We never read the content of your notes, we don't build profiles and we don't share this data with anyone. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you can object by writing to us. For website visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track individuals.
Who helps us provide the service
We rely on trusted providers that process data only on our behalf:
- Supabase — database and authentication. Data is hosted on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt).
- Cloudflare — website delivery, protection against attacks and anonymous visit statistics (Web Analytics, cookie-free).
- Resend — sending service emails, from servers in the European Union (Ireland).
Some of these providers are based in the United States: any transfer of data outside the EU takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses).
Cookies and local storage
Framentis does not use profiling, advertising or analytics cookies. It only uses your browser's or the app's local storage to keep you logged in, remember your language and keep a copy of your notes so you can use them offline. These are technical tools required for the service to work, so no consent or banner is needed.
How long we keep data
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete a note or your whole account, the data is removed from our systems; any backup copies held by our providers are overwritten within a limited technical period.
Your rights
At any time you can access, correct and delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and obtain a copy of it (portability). You can do much of this yourself in the app, under Account settings: edit your profile, export all your notes and delete your account. For anything else, write to us: . You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy: garanteprivacy.it).
Children
Framentis is not intended for people under 14.
